Playing Multiplayer online against other folk

Alright guys i managed to download red alert from the forum links it plays fine but i wanna be able to play other people online so when i click multiplayer and then "INTERNET" it tells me an unexpected error has occurred. Anyone else have the same problems?

where exactly did you get it from ? The internet button won't work. You have to start the game via cncnet, it will bring you to the online lobby automatically

ah k, well then you should have a "Play Online" and a "Test The New Online Lobby" button in the game launcher
