Tiberian sun scrolling

I recently downloaded the cncnet 5 tiberian sun version. I used to play the one you can play at this site since it includes singleplayer. Unfortunately i noticed the cncnet 5 version does not allow scrolling using the Arrow keys.

 

How can i change this? Thanks

thats weird, dunno why it doesnt work with default settings

 

start a game, go to options and change the keys

There where no keys assigned to scrolling. This was causing the problem.

Edit: its still not fixed. With the tiberian sun download from cnc-com i was able to scroll smoothly with the Arrow keys. When assigning them manuallythe scrolling becomes choppy...
