Tiberian Sun: Problem with Map Scroll Speed

Good day. I have a problem with the scrolling speed of the map in Tiberian Sun. She then speeds up, then slows down. Because game process is extremely uncomfortable. Tried to install the game through the following installers:

• TSinstaller3-beta8r2.exe
  
• TSinstaller3-beta8r3.exe
  
• TSinstaller-beta9-untested.exe
  
• TSinstaller12.exe
  

The result is the same. It seems I'm not the only one who has this problem. Can you please tell how to solve it.

 

P. S. If this is important, my configuration: Core 2 Duo E8200, GeForce GTX 460, Windows 7. I would be grateful for your help.

Have you changed changing the renderer in the configuration tool?

Yes, I have tried every available renderer. With Default, TS-DDraw and ddwrapper a scrolling map is very fast, with IE-ddraw becomes not so fast, but also uneven. During the game, it can vary from very slow to very fast. Unfortunately, the game can not be called comfortable with any of these renderers. Of course, if the case is in them.

It seems that a solution is found - ddwrapper with disabled options "No Video Memory" and "Fake Vsync". In this case, I see a normal and uniform speed scrolling.

default ts renderer with graphics patch always seems to boost the performance to perfection for me.
