Adding Scroll to map editor

Would it be possible to add the abilitly to use the mouse scroll button to navigate the maps? I'm talking about the map editor that comes with your Ra1 download. Or even better a feature that allows you to view the entire map eliminating the scroll bars.

I updated my editor launcher, it comes with a map browser now

 

Maybe that helps to find a good map to edit without the need to open them and scroll around to check it

 

Copy it into your game folder and replace the existing file:
