REEMERR
Hello, I play Dune 2000 and have upgraded to Windows 10. The game doesn't work on the new platform. Is it possible that among the other games will be playable on there in the future?
FunkyFr3sh
From what I heard now -> The game works fine on windows 10, I don't know why it doesn'T work for you. Do you use the gruntmods installer? No custom patches/compat modes? The other games needed some tweaks but all of them should be working fine now
REEMERR
Right ok, maybe it could be I just have to reinstall it all because when you upgrade everything stays saved including Dune which I had previously on Windows 7. Yes I did use gruntmods installer, Thank you for responding.
FunkyFr3sh
What was the problem you are having btw? Just heard about someone else with problems, he could get the game to start when he enabled DxWnd in the config

FunkyFr3sh
Someone else did some tests on windows 10, seems like the game is working for him when he turns the movies in the config program off. Can you try to do the same? I will try to fix it today https://gruntmods.com/dune_2000_gruntmods_edition/ first link: Download Dune 2000:GruntMods Edition 1.6.1.9.

REEMERR
I've fixed it, it all works now. I left clicked over it and clicked on Troubleshoot Compatibility and it applied what settings my previous operating system had (Windows 7) Now it all works fine including the movies can be on as well. Thanks for all the support as well.
Nicholas Steel
I've fixed it, it all works now. I left clicked over it and clicked on Troubleshoot Compatibility and it applied what settings my previous operating system had (Windows 7) Now it all works fine including the movies can be on as well. Thanks for all the support as well. I ran the troubleshooter for Game.exe and the Troubleshooter simply states the game is Incompatible and doesn't apply any compatibility settings for it xD
REEMERR
I suppose it depends on what computer/laptop you have. Mine is a Dell Latitude D620. I went back to Windows 7 in the end but it can work with Windows 10.
