Nyerguds
Don't install pre-Generals games in Program Files. They won't have access to their own files -_-
Grant
Try running the client as administrator, along with spawnmap.ini its complaining about.
skreuker
I reinstall the game in directory E:\Games\Red Alert 2 but it did not help. But I helped the following: I have removed the checkbox from the folder (See screnshot), and I have all the work! All maps work! sorry for my bad english =)

Nyerguds
If it matches the English version, these two checkboxes should be "read-only" and "hidden". Having certain stuff in the folder set to read-only could indeed give some problems, I guess.
