Where to place the cncnet file I downloaded?

Hello folks - I have just downloaded cncnet.exe and it was instructed to be placed on the game directory, so I placed it on the directory along where game.exe and yuri.exe was located.... basically this is a command and conquer red alert - yuris revenge game

 

so Iw as expecting it to work but whenever i try to open the program, it would just tell me that

 

"Error: game files not found!

 

Please copy cncnet5.exe into your game folder"

 

 

by the way I downloaded the game from Origin....

 

can anyone help me to make cncenet5 work?

For yuri's revenge you need to download the installer from here: http://cncnet.org/yuris-revenge

 

cncnet5.exe is only needed For CnC1, Red Alert, Tiberian Sun, Dune 2000

But I strongly suggest using our patchers for these games instead of cncnet5.exe since you will get a lot of extras (Map editors and more)
