Yuri's Revenge doesn't launch

Every time I try to launch the CnCNet launcher for Yuri's Revenge it crashes before I even get to the menu and gives me the message "Tiberian Sun Client has stopped working". I'm not sure what Tiberian Sun has to do with Yuri's Revenge and why it won't start. The regular version of the game (non CnCNet version) launches and runs without a problem. Would really appreciate some help.

Hello - sorry to see this. Sounds possibly like an update may have failed to download fully. Try downloading http://cncnet.org/yuris-revenge and running the installer again.

I tried that a few times to no avail last night. I think the installer itself crashes during installation.

Do you have .NET 3.5 installed? What windows is it?

I'm on Windows 7 and I have .NET 3.5.
