Cheers Hey KAM, sorry to hear this. Could you do the following and let us know how you get on? Go into Skirmish, Client settings - under rendering check TS-DDRAW, save and try a game. I downloaded a standalone version but I don't think its a very good version. My version doesn't have the launcher or the TS config menu, nor the CnCNet5 stuff.
