Unable to read data from the transport connection. HELP!

Hi! I'm a new forum member but have played RA1 for years.

 

CnCnet.org gave me the first issue: DNS server not responding. I solved this. But still this happened:

 

Unable to read data from the transport connection: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

 

I have no idea how to fix this.
