I guess you are running linux on it? First of all, make sure you have java installed, the command for it is a bit different on each distro so you need to google it, for debian it should be the following command:

 

sudo apt-get install default-jre

 

 

then type this to download the server app:

 

wget http://cncnet.org/files/cncnet-tunnel.exe

 

 

Afterwards you can start it up like this:

 

java -jar cncnet-tunnel.exe -name "NLDBNL Tunnel Server" -maxclients 200 -headless
