Cannot connect to play online



After I press Play online and login I get errors while trying to connect, like these:




I know it's something on my machine, as I've installed this on my desktop yesterday and was able to play just fine. But on my laptop (machine that's getting these errors) I'm unable.

I tried whitelisting the apps on windows firewall and de-activating windows defender, to no avail.


Does anyone have any other ideas what might be the cause or possible solutions?

G-Line is a ban from the whole server network, do you maybe use a VPN or proxy on your laptop?


We can't really help you with that, but you can get in contact with the guys from gamesurge. On the following site you should be able to get some more details about the ban and there should be a way to get in touch with them to get the ban removed.




It could be that someone else was banned and he was in the same ip range as you, now you got unlucky and ended up being banned too
