Help! (Read it all before replying to make the topic makes sense)

Where this topic belongs to? I don't know but i wanted to post this:

Something is wrong with my IP, somebody on cncnet 5 have hacked my ip and making it banned, that means when i log in, i get an error witch it says i'm banned. I got banned from cncnet 5 after he banned me on his gameroom, he said that he accessed my IP too. What should i do then? I did nothing, i just joined a game randomly and wanted to meet new friends. I tried to made him calm by pretending to be a hacker after i knew he was a hacker, but i am not of course, i only wanted to scare him, After the end of the conversation, i got a pop up from cncnet.org, after restarting the cncnet 5, i suddenly got banned.

I wanted to copy the chat history for enough evidence.

The message was "A Windows Network Error" someone is using my IP, And i think HMK was the reason.

My old PC crashed before CnCNet 5 gets released since 2013, I only have a laptop until now, And i also changed my router cncnet 5 comes out.
