Error in Yuri's Revenge idk if its in other games

Hello guys , recently i have been trying to play yuri's revenge online  but cant because of an error , this error shows when i open the "Yuri's Revenge CnCnet" application , it starts good until i wanna go play online, when i press the "CnCnet" button in game it opens the server's lobby but im unable to connect to that lobby it says "The server returned an error:ERROR : closing link: ThePunish3r by ColoCrossing.IL.US.GameSurge.net (G-Lined)" this is the first message , the second one is "Attempting to reconnect... Connection to the server has been lost. Server disconnected" can you guys please help me

You need to contact the gamesurge staff about the g-line (it's a ban from the gamesurge network, we can't help you with that)

I think there is a way to contact them on that site, but I'm not banned so I can't see it
