Getting the following error when I try to launch Multiplayer

Title says it all.  Everytime I launch Multiplayer and choose internet I'm getting this error.  Are we supposed to be launching multiplayer some other way?

Wait, are we supposed to be launching multiplayer through the gruntmods launcher?  because ive just been loading dune2000.exe and selecting multiplayer..
