Hacking attempt averted!

You may have noticed that the site has been displaying a "forbidden" message for the last few days. This is because the C&C Communications Center has been in a state of lock down due to a hacking attempt. The only affected site was the Tiberian Dawn Redux site.

 

I advice everyone to change their passwords just in case someone would have stolen them.

 

Someone uploaded a malicious perl script using an exploit in the e107 CMS script that's used for the Tiberian Dawn Redux site. Fortunately the server host discovered this before anything else could happen and locked down everything. It should be back to normal now.

but... why? why someone will hack cnc comm, i mean, there's nothing vallor on it, just freeware things, opensources...
