How to host a modded server on CnC Net

Hey guys

 

I was playing with the .ini of Yuri's Revenge to edit units & stuff solo, but i was wondering how do you host a modded server on CnCNet so people can join and play with your mods without having to download anything. I've already saw a server like that where Grizzly tanks could launch planes like the air carrier (~ 20 planes)

 

I'm talking about vanilla editing so not about adding new units or so, i just want to do stuff like harvesters shooting V3 Rockets etc..

as long you are only modifying codes from rulesmd.ini, you can just do this in your map. there is no need for a special server whatsoever.
