Cant play the tiberian sun single player campaign

Hi guys, I just installed tiberian sun but even though I can play a laggy skirmish, unfortunately the game freezes when I want to start a new campaign. What should I do? Thanks

What installation do you have?  Did you download the campaign from here http://tore29.com/tsins/TSinstaller3-beta11r6.exe ?

If you didn't get it from there you'll need https://downloads.cncnet.org/TSpatch.exe

I downloaded it from the link you posted and it's the same problem, everything works fine except for the campaign. As soon as I press the button to start it, the game freezes... I even installed the patch but it still doesn't work, in fact with the patch installed I can't even get to the main menu because the game asks to insert a CD which I don't have (but I guess this is because the patch is already included in the game I downloaded maybe). Thanks for your help, I hope we will find a solution

From the launcher, can you go to options and make sure Single Processor Affinity is checked.

Did you even tick the no-CD option in TSConfig.exe?

I tried to tick the single Processor Affinity but it's the same, the game freezes when I click on start campaign

yes now I ticked it but the game still freezes
