The Launcher wont Update

I've having this problem for like 2 days, when i try to update it stucks while downloading the PNG of the maps.

I don't know what to do, i tried everything i could, turning off my Firewall / Antivirus (which i use Avast Premier), reinstalling CnCNet, reinistalling the game, restarting my pc.

I would be very grateful if someone helps me in this.

PD: I use Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
