  1. The problem with graphics editing arises when you try to modify curves and 45 degree-ish tiles. What terrain should that be? Water? Noo, there's a bunch of sand there... well then, passable? No, there still a tiny bit of water there. So it's a really hard question.
  2. Indeed. What solution do you propose? It's really hard to make nice shore tiles with those sudden transitions.
  3. I made all myself, but obviously I used C&C's desert.mix. I made the shore tiles by cutting together C&C shores, water cliffs are the amalgation of C&C ridges and RA water cliffs, and you can imagine the rest

  8. You're absolutely right. I thought recoloring would really take a lot of time, so that's why I deceided to do that. I'll probably re-draw them later.   10. AFAIK the latest version is 3.03, I have it too, but it crashed when I tried Theater=DESERT.
  11. Jacko: wow, hold on frankly, this is new to me. What exactly does this mean? The term Theater=DESERT is actually valid in RA as well? Are the TMPs as the same as in C&C or in RA (just like the one I made)?

  14. No. Allen did an outstanding job with Red Dawn. I've done it too, shame it's not internet gameplay compatible (war -> weapons factory, mouse.shp done) I think I can draw you guys "proper" desert rivers and shore tiles.

Allen262: That's a shame your mod is really fantastic, I admire the weapons factory, I was thinking on adding it too, but I freaked out when I realized I need to transform it a lot to make it look nice. Your solution however is simple and elegant Btw I used the Allied TC to be the GDI Adv CC, and modified the graphics to accomodate the satellite silo. Nyerguds: If you don't have ARDA installed, you can't modify the refinery's foundation layout, so the third tiberium tank is there to make it appear that you really can't walk on that square (as in the original RA ore refinery). I also modified the MGG to be the Visceroid, however MGG doesn't turn to fire on its targets by itself, so maybe I'll try another unit. I succeeded in making almost every other thing behave the same way as in C&C.
