Is there going to be clan sections on the forum?

It's been since maybe 04 that I've seen yuri's revenge so active. Would be nice to get some sort of clan system in place to take advantage full advantage of this surge of players and bring back competition and training clan systems to advance some of these guys skill levels. If there's anything I can do to help it happen, just let me know. I have a lot of free time at work these days.
