If wins are not consistent it's because the Yuri player is better than you are.
-
If you are not a top player and you want to improve you have to play the game, take the losses and figure out what you are doing wrong and fix it instead of making excuses. People need to change their mentality, people like Martin will get up off the couch after not playing for a month and just expect to be able to beat top Yuri players who have been active, when he loses he just calls the faction OP and moves on, which is why he's never improved.
-
Ladder seems good, the maps are decent, the activity is actually up this month compared to others. Lots of good players playing right now, people are getting better vs Yuri. There's one thing that I'd like to get fixed, when your opponent DCs you, you still get points but it counts as a loss on your winrate. You are just not a top player is all, players like kyntaja and csoh are having alot of success vs Yuri. Look at other Yuri players, they all have low winrates. There was no push, just people who can't compete with me witch hunting. Get good, me, kyntaja and many others are having great success against Yuri.

Ok Matt lets arrange a Bo9 and escrow $50 each to MustacheX, winner take all.

Instead of making false claims about pushes that didn't happen how about you come take rank 1 then? The problem with this community is people like you that aren't even good will say things like "no one good is playing" if everyone thought that way then there would be no one playing.. by the way nice loss against Matt in QM. I'm currently 2-0 with Matt this month in QM both games he DC'd after he lost, anyways I don't care to FFG unless someone puts money up to see my games or someone sets up a tournament then I will participate, other than that I will just be QMing when I want to play.

Everyone cheated back in the day, when I was young on WOL and early XWIS I used to president people and build rambos for fun because I got bored of the game, but the people you have respect for and think are good players were all map hacking and fogging etc, they just hid it which makes them even worse than what I did when I was younger. The fact remains you can't cheat on CNCNet and I am still at the top while you and your m8s just can't compete with me or anyone you mention so to make yourself feel better you call us cheaters, understandable that's how most low level players are.. that's why you guys never improve you just cry about how people cheat and how Yuri is OP. The irony of it all is that Leo and his french m8s Oliver etc were all map hackers who all got caught and then Leo disappeared.

Clearly you guys are all jealous of my 1337 skills
-
You guys are putting too much emphasis on the losses I had early on in the month, if it's early on in the month and I have no points I don't care if I lose games, I just start a new name if things go bad and start fresh, then I can go back to my other nicks when I am drunk / hung over or just trying something new.

You don't have to do anything to sign up, just play and try to use one nick to improve your chances of winning and if you are a winner we will contact you.

October was pretty inactive, so I'm going to try to make November more interesting to get some activity going. There's going to be prizes for players of all skill levels to give everyone a chance to win! Current Prizes: • Rank 1 ($50) • Most Games (one account) ($20) Players excluded from participating: Heldro Zain Matt Csoh

It's really not interesting at all, take out the losses I had early on in the month and it wouldn't even be looked at, and me and him both played vs other players the entire month, him gaining 5x more points against others than he won vs me.
-
and he sucks vs allied.
-
And this guy is not some good player who only I am beating, he lost to Marko like 5-1 and many others.
-
Most of my losses vs him were early in the month correct? I'm sure it was scatter across about a week or two of play, but realistically it's not a lot of games, it's just 2 series if you look at it that way. I party alot and I will come home drunk sometimes and play some games, I will play like shit and lose and not care. last month when I played Tim I was hung over as fuck and wasn't in the best condition to play and he 5-1'd me. If I did that another night that would be just like this 12-1 you are bringing up, but at the end of the month I 3-0'd Tim easily and took rank 1, it's the same situation. Anyways I learned from this and now when I come up drunk or if I am hung over I just play on another account. I'd also like to point out that this is one of those chinese players that does dumb fucking things like conscript rushes or walking engineers in a YvY across CS. Also CNCNet is random, so I don't even know who I am playing, I just go on and play whoever.
-
I had a 96% winrate that month, I 18-0'd everyone I played..
-
My closing remarks because this is ridiculous and I really don't even care either way. • I was rank 1 and rank 2 last month with a 96% winrate on my main, I had tons of losses on my rank 2 account that I was just having fun on, people I lost to on my rank 2 account I had 100% winrate on my main. (people said I pushed that month too even though my last 3 games were vs Tim 3-0 and extremely high winrate vs Jeen all month) • I don't know Zen and don't talk to him outside of QM. • I go QM and I play whoever I match against, I don't set up games or plan series vs players. • There's nothing against the rules to losing to a player on an account you don't care about for whatever reason, and then beating them on a different account 2 weeks later. • I am the best player vs Yuri on this entire game. • win times don't mean shit, I play an aggressive style and often take risky plays, engineers, seals, rushes. Initiate rushes on small maps. • you cherry picking my losses vs a certain player which weren't even in a series, is just witch hunting. (while completely ignoring other things like Marko beating Marsh 10-0 on the last day of Aug or Csoh playing against his own accounts in May, which he still uses to this day. Or Csoh pushing with Jeen and Zain this month beating them 10-15 games in a row in succession and continued to beat Zain 100% of the games they played (McTapper) https://ladder.cncnet.org/ladder/10-2018/yr/player/LifeCoach And then you having the audacity to come here and be like, "yeah it's a clear push because you lost games on other accounts early in the month." Not even taking into acount YvY matchup has a huge luck factor on most maps or taking in other factors like I'm usually hung over so when I am I go on my other accounts to avoid losses on my main. You are acting like I consistently fed Zen points then took them away on my main when that is not the case. I didn't even look at it but I am guessing if I went 12-1 with him on my other accounts I probably gave him like 250 points. Yet he has 1200 right now so I was not the reason he got points. • I dominate the ladder every month and destroy everyone I play if that's considered pushing to you then more power to ya. - Andy

Hilarious thread

Basing rank 1 values on what you think was the prime of the game is kind of hilarious.
-
Even though I am better than you with any country, what would it matter if you can't even take a game off my Yuri?
-
That's cool but WOL wasn't even remotely regulated, everyone was cheating, ladder hacking etc. But if he was truly great he would have gotten 1501 points on YR instead of noob bashing in tourney games for +2 point games. to get 1499 on ra2 which doesn't matter since they didn't have badges.
-
Never in XWIS history did they have more than 1000 players active (1000 being generous) and more than half didn't play QM. And I believe I had the most points in XWIS YR history (YR) at 1380 in March 2009 a month where Tim, Prep, Dean, Kris were all in the top 10 and 3 of us had 1000+ that month. So how was Tomis time more active and dominant when no one on YR had even gotten 1000 prior to 2008?
-
All you guys are doing is name dropping old players that were good at the time, you are looking through nostalgia glasses, they were never at the level of play that people are at now. None of those old players mentioned would be much of a challenge for any top player now, they certainly wouldn't be competing for rank 1, same goes for Tomi.
