RaVaGe Posted August 5 Posted August 5 You need to edit a "rules.ini" file which you can extract from game files with XCC Mixer you can may download it from https://xhp.xwis.net/utilities How to extract Rules.ini from Red Alert 2 files Open XCC Mixer Go to the "File" Menu Go to the menu item "Found" Select "Ra2.mix" Double-click "local.mix" Scroll down and look for text file "rules.ini" Right click the file and select "Extract" from the menu. Find the section "[MultiplayerDialogSettings]" Adjust values for the variables shown below. Quote MinMoney = Minimum money selectable Money = Default selected money value MaxMoney = Maximum money selectable MoneyIncrement = Amount to change money when moving slider in menu MinUnitCount = Minimum starting unit count selectable UnitCount = Default selected unit count value MaxUnitCount = Maximum starting unit count selectable Edited August 5 by RaVaGe 1
