I thought it was my graphics card cause when I was looking up some tutorials everyone was just setting their "mode" on their graphic cards to 16 bit. That sucks though.

You can link your google photos to drive and afterwards just upload the videos to google photos google photos got unlimited storage for all videos with a length of less than 15minutes
