I0NST0RM Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Grey Goo is a RTS game made by lots of the oldschool TS developers and seems to be decent. It's currently free on steam/60% off till Monday. I'm playing through the campaign and it's kinda fun, thinking about buying it. Anyone up for a multiplayer game? Post or pm me your steam id (I guess that's how it works there?) ~Seb
I0NST0RM Posted October 17, 2015 Author Posted October 17, 2015 awesome I'll add you right after dinner.
Rampastring Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Gave it a try. The gameplay is fun and the missions seem good (at least compared to previous Petroglyph games), but it's sadly overpriced for the content, and looking at Steam statistics, it's already quite dead (50 daily players last month). The environments look great graphically, but the units and effects are generic. Music is good as usual from Frank Klepacki.
Chimas Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 For me, it's a great game. I play Skirmish on Very Hard or Heroic, but the AI gets tired sometimes and pile up their everybody in the base. I don't play online, I ain't no challenge.
