Flashing after minimize/maximize

If i minimize and maximize Red Alert2 while ingame, the screen flashes constantly. Toggles between black screen and the game window. Makes it unplayable. Any fix for this?

 

I have .NET framework 4.0 installed

It's a common issue, I'm not sure there's a solution around just yet though.

The only solution is, don't tab out of your game, ever.
