Scroll Speed & the various ddraw options

Hiya. I'm using Tore's client, and I'm having a bit of a weird issue. I seem to have different issues with each rendering mode, and I'll go through them here.

 

Default - Doesn't work. Makes sense considering this is, well, the default renderer.

TS-DDraw - Scroll speed is lightning fast, even on slowest. Also, menus don't show up. For example, clicking on "Campaign" just shows my desktop.

IE-ddraw - Scroll speed & menus are perfect, but I don't have a mouse cursor.

ddwrapper - Scroll speed is lightning fast.

DxWnd - The only emulation mode that seems to work is GDI Mode--scroll speed is perfect, but no menus.

 

Help would be greatly appreciated!

doesn't ts-ddraw have frame rate limiting options? Those should help with the scroll speed bug.

I can't find the file to configure ts-ddraw. Is it aqrit.cfg? I thought that was for ddwrapper.

Can you tell what hardware and operating system you have?

Running Windows 10, GTX 970, and an i7-4790.
