RA Demo Working Multiplayer (patch)

Then open the game and press the start new mission button, it wil give you the multiphdlayer dialog and you can play skirmish games.

 

For one player LAN, patch:

To play multiplayer maps you need to have the retail mix files, the demo mix files don't come with multiplayer maps

One player LAN does require that you activate AI players, no? Otherwise I'd imagine it giving "mission accomplished" right away...

Hm, does RA actually have an AI players option for LAN?

It does. I already played a 1 player LAN game with demo. Interestingly in this demo the options menu is different.
