red alert: error 0x00453b6f

hi everyone.

 

love red alert by the way!

 

when i play a small game i can complete it most of the time.

but when i start a game with loads of cash and many opponents (it takes longer to finish),

the game crashes almost all of the time and shows this error: 0x00453b6f

 

can anyone help me with this. i'd love to complete a game that lasts longer than 30 minutes.

That's only part of the error message... you should get two values, and I think that one's the least useful of the two. What is the full error?

I know that crash, it's in the top 3 of all crashes known if I remember right (Don't have the logs are atm)

 

I looked into it once, but I don't know why it happens. It's about buildings, it tries to get the width of a building that doesn't seem to exist (null pointer)

 

Can you explain exactly what you are doing and also tell us the full settings you are using.

 

Are you sure it's always the same crash you are getting?

 

Can you maybe try to record some games where it's crashing?
