Auto excessive connections from a single host

What happens when this pops out? and how to fix it. we have a single modem and we want to play Yuri online. Hopefully someone can help me.

You can only connect with 3 players from the same connection (ip).

 

If you have a static ip (your ip never changes) then you could use the link from grant and request trust.

 

If you don't have a static ip then you could use a free VPN
