I don't really understand all the different diplay options, I would like to know what are usual best or optimal display settings for Win 10 x64. Any advise is greatly appreciated =). It's easily the optimal solution. I will add it for sure, but can't set it up as the default, it has too many black screen issues just like most other solutions. I fall to the second category, obviously. Only TS-DDraw and IE-DDraw work for me (my laptop is pretty weird, and Win10 doesn't help), the former flickering if there are dynamic things (like Skype emoticons) in the background, and the latter lagging like there's no tomorrow.
