New Stealth skin dramatically drops fps with more than 3 on screen at once.

I noticed the new stealth effect skin really drops fps I tested this by grouping my tanks up and forcing fire to reveal and FPS did recover untill all the rockets hit the ground . But I like the skin.

This is a known issue, sgtmyers is working on it (I hope)

I have removed it until I can make a more energy efficient stealth system. (I hate the orange ZH one)
