Cannot end the game and freezes when i hit the esc

hi. i recently encountered annoying problem that whenever i try to hit esc during the game it instantly freezes and i have to force quit every time via task manager. i ve tried to reinstall client but nothing changed. it also occurs when i press the botton at the top right screen. anyone help please

Could you please provide what renderer option you are using? Go to client options, display tab and tell us the name selected.

renderer at default . ooh it fixed when switched to OpenGL from default
