Please share with me your opinion about map(s) who I would like to update.
I'm about to include more waves what I call as ''updated map''.

Is it Legal to update other user maps!

Yeah, it's legal, but claiming complete ownership would be against copyright law. 
Seeing as the players don't own complete rights to a map due to being 'derivative' works of the original game. 
I don't know the exact legal lingo, but edit/update and give credit to original author when sharing your map. 
Example: someguy (original) / guyWhoUpdated (edits)
