how to make a mod base Ra95（cncnet ）

There a famous Mod ，named Ra98/Ra2000， I have the old edition， but how to make a new edition base on new cncnet Ra95，and paly whit other palyers on cncnet。

I copy the files ，but cant run。

Ra95（aftermath）+ this Mod = Ra2000

rename "rules.ini" to "spawn.xdp" then it works
