Can I play on cncnet with my OG TFD serial?

So I played on xwis forever but it’s pretty dead and I’ve heard good things about cncnet. My question is can I play here with my the first decade disk/serial or am I required to buy again? If I can use TFD serial is there a download link that I can then install and register using my serial? My PC is pretty old and I’m not sure if my disk drive is bad or what but when I put my cd in nothing happens. As it stands I have RA2 on my PC via the xwis downloader.
