I see, well like I said i'll shoot the email for all those other servers you mentioned also as well wolf. as far as xwis not being official, I guess the support given to xwis by ea (prizes, serial disbursement, the tournament sponsored by ea, those where all unofficial as well) xwis was the redirection for wol and the power was given to xwis to be the official server of ra2. @funkyfr3sh not pointing at anyone directly, however there is advertisement going out for cncnet being the official server which is completely wrong.

I seen some advertisement on the official ra2 / yr server being cncnet.... what's this about?

i'm aware im making this sound easier then it is I suppose. vs yuri i'll seldom use desos so the faction doesn't matter to me. I'm an allied player by proxy, it's just not as hard to compete with allieds in YR (being probably the strongest team) however like I said, I could easily show anyone here what I mean. that being said look for my vids, I plan on doing some for grant soon

im just saying, we can debate this all day long I will take your best yuri player vs my sovs, with super weapons on, i'll win more than 75% of games, regardless the maps.

pro vs pro I would take sovs with supers over yuri and win a majority of the games no matter what map. im also an allied player as you know. what people don't know is what warrants them thinking imbalance, it's simply not true. it's just they aren't expanding their minds to the full extent of what could be done. most people don't utilize all their units available and only use the common core units. in a sov vs yuri game, I bet you make more than 4 rhino tanks wouldn't you? if the answer is yes, that's why you think the game is imbalanced. choppers > yuri robot tanks > yuri subs > boomer destroyer > boomer supers weapons allied + sov > yuri super weapons the only true advantage yuri has is the ability of making unlimited cash towards later game with grinding. easy to stop if you are pressing constantly and using super weapons.

from a top tier level of playing, there is no real imbalance. I will explain if you care to know.

no, I hate win8, I'm using win7 which shouldn't have issues. maybe it wasn't me though, I personally might not have the issue, just people I'm playing with lol

I did make that assumption, so I played my 2v2 and 3v3 with the same people to notice lag, however in my test I played game on xwis with a m8 then went to cncnet and tried same map vs same person, was more of a delay, I didn't see a way to check FPS (if there is one yet) however I know fps and delay have nothing to do with each other. Im no expert on how server lag works ect by any means, ill leave that to you professionals I figured it was due to still working on the beta, the lag in all reality I was experiencing wasn't terrible and unplayable. I normally run 58 fps on xwis, but ive been there so long I don't notice delay in my games there, it's just normal to me lol I look forward to using your server in my off time as well when activity is slow on xwis. im really into my tournament games and I was happy to see what was being worked on by a few of my m8s a lot of xwis players are excited to what you plan to do with cncnet for the future of ra2.

playing last night for first time, I noticed lag in 2v2 3v3 games, delay was far worse than xwis delay also. I understand this being a beta and could be fixed with time because lan is faster isn't it. anyways keep up the good work here guys, coming along well.

hello guys, I've been a top player on wol and xwis for a long time now, still play ra2 for cms and qms and sometimes ffgs, I would really be interested in joining this community as well once a ladder is implemented. I believe that the needing a serial is picking away at xwis and figured this game should be f2p for a long time now. xwis has made several new maps for tourney and qm style games that balance very well and have fixed countless bugs in the original maps, is there any chance that these new maps would be welcomed on your server? is that up to the creator of such maps or would xwis own copy rights to said maps?
