How do people edit units and things for multiplayer maps

I have just found the C&C-RAED.exe file in the MiniRA distribution, playing on CnCNet I have noticed maps with modified behavior, such as instant build, unlimited cash, instantly replenishing ore, the ability to build tanks and such removed, however, when I try to edit these maps I can find the triggers such as "map reveals" etc. but I can not find any reference to these behavior modifiers, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Found it, click on the "T" in the map editor for anyone who's interested

You do by text edited the map. You can pen the map in notepad/wordpat or use T in RAED.

 

Now say you want the Light Tank to only cost a $1. Copy the [1TNK] data.

[1TNK]

Prerequisite=weap

Primary=75mm

Strength=300

Armor=heavy

TechLevel=4

Sight=4

Speed=9

Owner=allies

Cost=700

Points=30

ROT=5

Tracked=yes

Crewed=yes

 

Now paste it into the top of the map and change the cost.
