Display issue

When I try to launch a game online for some season I receive a white screen once the game starts. I can hear the background noise but cannot see anything. Also if I press escape it takes me to the options page where I can "Resume the game, Keyboard & Sound Options or Abort game".

 

This happens in both Skirmish and when I try and play my little cousin online (My cousin does not have this issue).

 

Any ideas?

Hey Rob - could you try disabling ts-ddraw from within your client options? You can find that under Client options > Display (Assuming your playing on CnCNet)

Sorry should have been clearer.  In your screenshot there - select tsddraw and choose default.  Then save and retry

OK,  what about the other renderer available in the drop down?

 

Are your video card drivers up to date?

Yeah, everything is up to date. Just cannot think of anything else.

I had once graphical problems too with an expired windows 7, maybe you should try to register it/get a serial

This had occurred to others before and I believe they resolved by updating their video drivers.  Try selecting the lowest resolution saving and retrying

There's other graphics patches like that. The DDWrapper one might help?
