RA2 will come to the lobby listings

In the next update, probably tonight or early morning, when we're not so active you will be able to make games, and in doing an RA2 icon will show.

I guess that's what it's all about.

 

Some prefer RA2 and others like YR more.

 

Being able to directly see if a host has enabled RA2 Mode makes lobbies less trafficked because players who don't like RA2 mode just won't join the game in the first place.

I definitely think this is a good option as long as when you click on "playing ra2?" then the ra2 setting is automatically enabled (and thus, you can't join a ra2 game and actually play a YR game).

 

I think it's a wise move.

Or the icon could be updated realtime when the host changes this option in the lobby, just like the current user count and selected map.

This means less checkboxes when creating a game, keeping it as "clean" and simple as possible
