No Superweapons?

Hi, all. I recently got back to playing CnC. It did an update and I got right into casual skirmishes. However, there doesn't seem to be any superweapons available, nor are there advanced infantry/cavalry units available. Here is what I've tried doing so far with no luck. Any advice on this?

 

1. Selected and deselected Superweapons in the skirmish menu.
2. Restarted the game.
3. Restarted my PC.
4. Checked for updates. 
5. Changed maps.

Not sure, but have you tried building Battle Lab? Make sure gamemode is set to Battle mode when selecting a map.
