Jonttu
http://cnc.realmacmark.de/pages/files/maps.html So there's this site with a lot of guides and info about td. An old site. There seems to be 5 or so map packs with a whole lotta maps there too. I thought before posting anything here, whether or not Nyerguds and FunkyFr3sh could look into these files and see how they would impact the game, launcher and other maps if they're added. It did mention for example that one of the map packs would replace some maps. So maybe if you could, ya know... take a look? I also am not sure whether or not we already have some maps that are included in the map packs so if you can find out about that and tell us whether or not it would affect the launcher, other maps or the game in general in any negative fashion, it'd be great. I don't know how these matters are supposed to be handled. Another thing also... Do I need some of these map packs (MIX files) for online play btw? Or are they all included in the launcher? If anyone knows, let me know. sc-gcmaps.mix scmapsn3.mix
MattAttack
yeah I looked at these maps on macmark's page and the majority of them really really suck, unfortunately. as far as the mix files attatched to your post, those are already included in the mega map pack and therefore in the cncnet5 launcher. Jonttu
got it. EDIT: There's a few more. I guess I'll need a lil help again with these files. What I'd like to know is that: 1. Is it a singleplayer or multiplayer map pack file? (I know N64 and PS1 files are obviously SP) and 2. Do I need the file to play the maps in the map pack file? sc-0000mp.mix sc-000.mix sc-001.mix sc-ext-sb.mix sc-n64.mix sc-psx.mix
Tore
sc-0000mp.mix - seems to be a mix of several map packs sc-000.mix - seems to be the secret dinosaur campaign sc-001.mix - seems to contain the missions from the covert operations sc-ext-sb.mix - seems to be something related to a extended sidebar 2. Do I need the file to play the maps in the map pack file? What do you mean?

Do I need the file to play the maps in the map pack file? What do you mean? For example, I no longer needed the N3trunner's or Dakota's old map pack because the maps were already integrated in the CnCNet v5 launcher. Nyerguds
sc-000.mix, sc-001.mix, sc-n64.mix and sc-psx.mix are all original files from my patch, and respectively the dino missions, covert ops, nintendo 64 missions and playstation missions. So leave them alone. Not everything starting with 'sc' are multiplayer map packs
Jonttu
Yea the only mp map pack was the 0000 one. I already deleted it as it is included in the launcher.
