To change the port used by CnCNet go to the folder where you installed CnCNet and open cncNet.xml with notepad. There you will find "<port>8054</port>" and change it to what port you want.

I'm unsure if changing the port CnCNet uses will cause problems.

EDIT: Changing this setting WILL break CnCNet functionality, do NOT do it.

Go to cncnet directory (defaut c:\program files, cncnet) open the cncnet.xml with a notepad, and change that

<port>8054</port>

change the port for one computer and anoter for anoter computer ex:

CPU1 in my home:

<port>8054</port>

CPU2 in my home uses:

<port>5054</port>

but i not know if the 2 computers will work togeter, because the cnc use the default port 5009 (not sure) but i dont know how to change that

Changing the port is currently unsupported. It may or may not work based on your configurations and I can't offer any support to non-standard ports atm.

pichorra... as I said, that may change the port CnCNet uses, but the real problem is that C&C ITSELF uses UDP port 8054 anyway. Modifying the CnCNet configuration won't change that.
