Alternative C&C File Hosting Sites?

Since various old C&C fansites such as C&C Files, C&C DEN, and of course Filefront went to meet the file repository system in the sky several years ago, what other major site (besides ModDB) remain for file hosting and downloads for Mods and the like? A lot of people lately are complaining that ModDB is throttling/corrupting file downloads or something to that extent. Fileplanet also has been giving this error for the past few months when you try to access the file downloads. http://www.fileplanet.com/97053/0/section/Mods-&-Conversions

Gamefront is also slated to be canned too apparently. http://gamefront.online/files/

Feel free to post links to alternatives in this thread.

It seems the (actual) GameFront website is just a UI mirror for ModDB's content, these days. I stumbled on this the other day during some image search:

http://www.gamefront.com/mods/command-conquer-unofficial-patch-106/downloads/cc95-v106c-revision-3-full-game-installer

Strangely enough, none of the things on there (and it seems to have everything including articles and image uploads) has any links back to their respective original ModDB pages.

FilePlanet is pretty much toast now.

What you linked to is an archive of the old GameFront which was already canned earlier this year and redirected to The Escapist for a few months afterwards.

DBolical, the company behind ModDB/IndieDB/VRDB bought the rights to GameFront name, logo and domain, and managed to get hold of the file database, but not the files themselves. This is their list of all missing files that the community can upload (you can just slap "gamefront.online" - without www - instead of "www.gamefront.com" in the files' URLs to obtain them easily).

I've personally been uploading many official patches and other official releases for several different games on the new GameFront system/ModDB. I've covered most of C&C, without Sole Survivor, TFD and TD 1.04 / DOS 1.22.

@Nyer - as you said, this is currently just a different a different UI for ModDB. This is only a temporary change, though. http://www.moddb.com/groups/gamefront/news/rebuilding-filefront
