Place this file and overwrite the existing into Resources/ 3. Run CnCNetYRLauncher.exe 4. Let it run through it's options, and re-upload client.log from Client/ folder. I've sent an email to IT to potentially open some ports. Hopefully I can hear back soon, but if you have any other alternatives or fixes, please let me know!
