Fixing weird colors on Windows Vista/7 for Red Alert 1 (another, easier way)

Download this file: http://rapidshare.com/files/424775582/ra95colorfix.bat to your Red Alert 1 folder and run it.

 

IMPORTANT: You must always run the game with my .bat file to play with normal colors.

Is this a bat which will kill explorer.exe and run the game or have you found something new?

 

(Tore! if i had the moderation power I would do it my self but the reg fix realy needs to be stickied and put on the main page or some where easy to find)

The reg fix is already stickied...and this bat file does kill explorer.exe...

another batch file? i've created one of those when we does not know about the register fix.

 

let me put it there: PLEASE DOES NOT POST PERSONAL BATCH FILES HERE! we already have mutch of those. i'll edit this topic and put a batch-file for those who does not want to use the register fix. but i see no use of it.

Eh, seeing as I put the reg fix in the 3.03 installer, I don't see how this is easier.

 

Would be nice to see an update of Tore's RA installer with it though.
