Access Is Denied

I keep getting the attached error message when I select any option to play the game, very frustrating. I am on my own personal laptop, it isn't high-end but should do the trick.

I'm not sure what is going on, it downloaded and installed well enough.

Any help appreciated.

Make sure you allow it in your security programs

this should only happen if you install third-party security programs, never heard that windows defender/ windows firewall would be doing something like this.
