Yuri Revenge Quick match lag

For some reason Yuri QM lags, game runs fine in custom match? Can anyone help?

Problem is on your side (your PC), my game works the opposite way, QM is fast, custom games is slower. 
Which is the way QM is configured as opposed to custom games.

You'll need to provide more detailed information if you expect help.
