I had 3 games in a Row vs Latof like that, always ended up with 3-5 really damaged grizzlies against 1 elite rhino and a sentry. ?
No production buildings for neither of either.

It is, when I used to play 100% sovs I just typed "GG" once I had an elite Rhino.
