do you use the actual version of discovert ops? I changed this add-on to a standalone campaign to make sure you have the correct .exe - with older game versions game might definitively will crash. So download it again. If already using, you maybe could check and configure the video settings via launcher.exe - options. -
Hey guys! I hadn't yet the opportunity to look in here, but now it's time to introduce me here. I'm from germany, but have my roots in east europe too. My nickname is a leftover from earlier time I was active in some occult thrash metal bands I'm playing C&C since mid-90s and do mapping and modding the old games (up to YR) since this time aswell. Other things I do are travelling, reading, writing. If you have questions, ask! Runes are a nice thing. I can read the elder Futhark too

Fixed a critical error and made DO to a standalone! -
Seems TD uses the same logic to randomize the tiberium fields like RA1, so it should be completely irrelevant if you place TI1 or TI12. Also a single field will have the first stage in every case and you'll get later patch stages when you place other patches next to a patch. Ran game for hours now: I recognized that fields occupied by infantry (and probably units too) aren't covered with tiberium.

I love these small guys filling up the oil trucks. XD Indeed a good attempt to make the game more realistic. You should make a campaign for this. Like a gulf war campaign or similar. Okay there are a lot of bugs... the image of the soviet mg tank messes up and the firing frogfoot finally crashed the game. Arda is a very unstable thing.

Maybe you can solve this like in TS GDI mission 5 where you must free tratos. When done this, all units of the mutants house suddenly will disappear via a trigger. So add the commando to a different house than the GDI units. For any building, add a trigger with actions expand map and delete all house members. For the airfield, use a trigger with action player wins.

Do you have Irans 303p red alert patch? The mission files won't be read else and probably won't work completely too. Ah, play them via the custom missions dialogue. It doesn't replace the campaign. The game language to german... hahaha, I see, I forgot to delete the old conquer.eng in one of the the mix files :ranting: I'll update this soon as possible! Links updated! thanks for testing, btw -

Jacko, it exactly was the main object here to have a direct reference to the real scenario, otherwise the satirical context isn't given anymore. But in the end I can understand that it's going very far to add a scene from a real, actual conflict in a strategy war game. -
I cheated I splitted the image and used 2 buildings for this.

That's it. Its band is animating, though I made a couple of heavy industry structures which are representative for soviet scenery.

Do not misunderstand this as antirussian/political agitation please! It isn't at all and it should not come across that way! The actual slapstick around this convoy just encouraged me to make a short mission around it. -
Inspiried by the russian convoy trucks moving to east-ukraine, I created a short mission where need to destroy a truck convoy. but in response to some criticism on that topic I changed the theme. It's a modified version of soviet 10a - you play for the allied side here and must destroy the convoy trucks. If at least one truck makes it through to the other side of the border in the west, the mission will fail. cmu10ea.ini

It's Goodguy with changed color scheme or in one case Badguy with both changed. I consider to make a unique radar logo someday for all DO campaigns, basing on the badge of the Green Berets. -
I'm more or less active, actually I refine existing missions. Creating a map for your contest would be a pleasure for me! But I didn't took a more accurate look on your mod yet and I don't have much time to build a mission next time because I have to do much for work.

Hey Guys! Here is the long expected second part of the discovert ops campaign. I still have to change a lot of things here, so enjoy Discovert Ops for Red Alert until I've updated this campaign someday in future... The set for RA is finished so far while the C&C camapign still need a lot of fixes and changes. I plan to finish the Discovert Operations to a trilogy with a short campaign for TS one far day - One campaign spread over 3 games! Discovert Ops for C&C will continue the storyline of the RA1 addon. The Brotherhood of Nod is believed to be destroyed and the C.U.B.E. special forces are dissolved. Years later Nod appears again and YOU, old veteran will reunite C.U.B.E. and fight again against Nod. C.U.B.E. still will be underfinanced and use both GDI and hijacked Nod equipment. This addon consists of 10 singleplayer missions + bonus stuff, and some multiplayer maps. I also created a skirmish multiplayer mode where the AI players have a small base and will build units. For technical reasons, don't expect such a detailed scripting and merciless AI enemy as in DO for red alert, but I did my best! Mirrors: 4Shared MediaFire Enjoy and give a Feedback! Impressions: Things to fix: scg61 - works fine when I remember scg62 - AI attacks too early (attacks begin before commando reaches the base, so base reveals to early) - AI get stuck in base sometimes - AI builds lot of infantry without attacking - reinforces are incomplete or didn't arrive - one of the helicopters is shot down sometimes (but that's not critical) - remove gunboats scg63 - works fine more or less - aircraft is set to goodguy because it won't appear when set to badguy - the GDI apc was originally a bug, but I want to keep it (so it keeps the airplanes away from player units) scg64 - I want to completely rebuild this mission scg65 - not sure, probably AI stuff. have to replay this once more scg66 - this was a Nod mission initially but I think I'll keep the sides as they are. - Not sure if I want to keep the conyard for the player - the boat of the enemy doesn't attack - AI doesn't do anything scg67 - this is a mixed tech mission, I want to change that in straight GDI vs Nod - Infantry from the small right base don't attack - bomb planes don't attack - AI is too weak scg68 - is mixed tech, not sure if I want to keep this - probably AI problems - I have to replay this once more scg69 - works fine, but have to replay this once more; I remember it was incredible hard scg70 - AI problems - he doesn't attack, only produces; opponent here has to be stronger etc... - Is mixed tech, I want this mission as an epic battle where both sides have the full equipment generally: - AI improvements - remove most of the visceroids and dinosaurs as they belong to no side, I'll use them as rogue units only (but still more close to the enemy's side) - make a coherent storyline - use the new radar icon (see RA-DO thread)

Exactly that's it, Nyerguds. What is the odd thing on the name= tag in rules.ini? I never had any problems with it.

Cool, I'll take a look on it. Is there a way to add this for offline/single player missions too? In map's [basic] section there is a CivEvac= flag which could intend it, but changing this does nothing.
